TopicsThis module starts with an essential of all projects: meetings. There are big meetings, e.g., Joint Project Planning Sessions, which include all partners of a big project. And there are internal meetings within a working group. A major task of the project manager is to recruit and organize his/her project team. Once the project has started, the project manager has to monitor the project’s progress, identify deviations from the project plan, and – if necessary – to take controlling actions as a response to deviations.
