 | Dr. Tomi Kauppinen is a postdoctoral researcher in the International Research Training Group (IRTG) on Semantic Integration of Geospatial Information and in Muenster Semantic Interoperability Lab (MUSIL) at the Institute for Geoinformatics at the University of Muenster. Tomi holds a PhD from the Aalto University School of Science with a thesis on reasoning about changes and time, and an MSc in computer science from the University of Helsinki. His research interests include spatiotemporal and semantic reasoning and models for Linked Data, with a focus on event and process modeling, sensor data fusion, Linked Science and crowdsourced information.
