The static maps from lab five are now nicely animated in with Flash. The user can interactively select a certain year or watch an animation. The animation can be reset and paused (and played on from that year). The years are arranged as a time line, the legend at the bottom allows the user to match a value range for each state.
Problems: Some counties, although data values exist, are not correctly drawn in ArcMap. This is clearly visible in the maps for the last two years.
Probable enhancements: choose animation speed; using tweening between the maps for nicer fading; show county name on mouse-over.
